A simple theory
A theory I’ve been pondering goes like this:
You wanna do well? Create awesome, and surround yourself with awesome. When one of us blows up, we’ll pass along the next opportunity onto someone else. Maybe it’ll be you. And if it is, and you do well, you’re going to want to surround yourself with awesome. And you won’t have far to look.
